Will you be posting anything about the Perseid shower that's coming up?

Indeed! The Perseids are actually already visible right now, and last until August 20th. The peak of visibility will be Aug 13-14th. I have had great times laying outside looking at this shower. My nephew and I last year saw probably ten or so and I was so happy that he got to see them. Remember the best time to view them is just before dawn. Fun question!
